Allow me to share with you a little about me.
 
Life for me was pretty good, until my grandmother and stepfather became ill, got diagnosed, and soon after took their last breath. Looking back I realized that before their diagnoses, their bodies were asking for help by giving them subtle cues, until those cues couldn’t be subtle anymore.  
 
That is when I decided I was going to learn all I could about health and healthy living, so I could perhaps help others get to know their bodies a little better to pay attention to the cues when they are subtle and address them on time. 
 
I am now a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with over +9 years experience as the first Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) in Hong Kong. Trained also as an Integrated Health Practitioner (IHP2), a ReCODE 2.0 (Reverse Cognitive Decline) Health Coach, and a Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). 
 
Although these certifications have helped me earn a solid reputation and  credibility, the variety and depth of experiences with my clients are my most valuable education. 
 
I now offer individualised wellness plans where I combine all my education and experience to provide my clients with the support they need to create healthy habits and build a strong foundation in order to become proactive about their brain health, mental resilience, and overall wellbeing so they can enjoy feeling alive and at their best.

ReCODE = Reverse Cognitive Decline.

PreCODE = Prevent Cognitive Decline.

Dr. Bredesen has identified over 36 factors that can trigger “downsizing” in the brain, all of which can be addressed by using the ReCODE Protocol®.

This protocol creates a personalized plan based on your medical history, genetics, and biomarkers to restore brain health by addressing the root causes of cognitive decline.

Through the Brain Health plan I will provide you with the support, accountability, resources, education, goal setting, and strategies to understand and make the changes required to adopt the ReCODE or  Pre-CODE protocol.

The principles of Functional Medicine and Integrated Health investigate and target the root causes of debilitating health through personalized lifestyle interventions.

Through the Whole Health 360 wellness plan I will help you create your own personal wellness plan using those  principles. Together we will explore the different areas of your life and look at them holistically.

Brian Health - ReCODE and PreCODE*

MEET AND GREET VIDEO CALL

ReCODE or PreCODE REPORT GENERATION

This session is available for new participants who want to generate a baseline ReCODE or PreCODE Report.

This wellness plan has the option of starting a health coaching relation, and discussing what it entails to incorporate the Bredesen protocol in your daily life.

INDIVIDUAL BRAIN HEALTH COACHING SESSION

This option is offered to active ReCODE or PreCODE subscribers who would like to book a single appointment to address specific concerns or needs.

This may include:

  • Introduction to the Bredesen Seven Protocol.
  • Exploring the Apollo Health website resources (Town Halls, Guides and Forums).
  • Exploring ways to ease the transition from your current lifestyle to
    implementing the Bredesen Protocol.
  • Identifying obstacles and ways to overcome those barriers.
  • Next steps and moving forward with an action plan.
  • Ask any questions and/or discuss any concerns.

MONTREAL COGNITIVE ASSESSMENT (MoCA) ADMINISTRATION

During this session I will administer a MoCA test. It can detect levels of
cognitive impairment or Alzheimer’s disease.

This is available for participants who have chosen the INDIVIDUAL BRAIN HEALTH COACHING option or for all clients who would like to assess their current status of the following: 

  • Short term memory.
  • Visuospatial abilities.
  • Executive functions.
  • Attention, concentration and working memory.
  • Language.
  • Orientation to time and place

PROGRAM FOR Pre-CODE or ReCODE SUBSCRIBERS

This plan is for participants who want to prevent cognitive decline (Pre-CODE), or for those who are currently experiencing cognitive decline symptoms (ReCODE).

This program includes:

5 ReCODE Health Coaching Sessions (session 1 – 90 minutes, session 2 – 75 minutes, session 3, 4 and 5 – 60 minutes each).

2 ReCODE Reports to track your progress through the program.

Depending on your starting point, during your Health Coaching Sessions I will help you to:

  • Set personalized health and lifestyle goals to support your brain and overall health.
  • Make the most out of the PreCODE and ReCODE programs and make choices that reduce your risk of cognitive decline and dementia.
  • Identify needs and barriers, and explore your possible solutions to improve on the implementation of the Bredesen Seven protocol and overcome obstacles.
  • Build confidence and resilience through self-discovery to develop a healthy relationship with your health and body.
  • Understand the importance of sleep and self-care and take steps to include and prioritize them daily.
  • Draw on your internal motivation to help you stay committed and effectively manage stress.
  • Create a movement and exercise schedule.
  • Provide guidance for using Chronometer (to track key nutrients in your current diet).
  • Generate a baseline and follow-up ReCODE or PreCODE reports.
  • Administer MoCA tests (if not done previously by your physician).

 

I will help you stay consistent and accountable to your health goals, and will encourage you to draw from your own inner wisdom to help you develop a unique approach to your own conscious healthy living.

CONTINUED CARE PROGRAM

To continue managing and tracking your progress on the Bredesen protocol. This plan builds on the progress made in the first ReCODE or PreCODE plan.

This program includes:

4 Continued Care sessions (60-minute each).

2 ReCODE or PreCODE Reports to track your progress through the program.

Depending on what stage you are on the Bredesen protocol and on your individual Re-CODE or PreCODE report, I will help you:

  • Keep working on moving the targeted areas identified in the previous ReCODE or PreCODE Report into the green optimal range.
  • Continue to support you in making adjustments to your care plan if needed, or by direction of your physician, which may include additional lifestyle changes.
  • Continue monitoring metabolic health by tracking your glucose and ketones.
  • Check monthly CNS Vital Signs scores (ReCODE) or Cq Assessment scores (PreCODE) and BrainHQ results to track progress.
  • Assess if additional treatments or programs are needed based on your specific needs or preferences as recommended by your physician.
  • Repeat one cognitive assessment administration of MoCA to track progress to include the result in an updated ReCODE or PreCODE Report.
  • At the fourth CONTINUED CARE SESSION, review the updated ReCODE Report or PreCODE Report and celebrate successes, and/or discuss if you wish to continue with the CONTINUED CARE PROGRAM.

 

I will help you to continue solidify healthy habits and find new alternatives for you to carry on integrating the protocol in your daily life.

Whole Health - 360

Choose the plan that is right for you

A Whole Health 360 plan is an individual tailored wellness path for you to unlock the power of your health.

Whole Health 360 plans are uniquely designed based on your individual history, current status and health goals, and  the future vision of yourself. Whether you want to lose weight, manage your stress level, enhance your sleep, achieve a specific health marker, or experience overall health. 

Each plan combines the different areas of health such as nutrition, movement, stress, toxins removal, rest and relaxation, emotions and mindset to help you build a strong foundation as you integrate a healthy life style.

During our time together you will find the tailored support and accountability you need to adopt healthy habits, find meaning, and the resources and tools to meet your short and long-term goals.

MONTHLY - OVERALL WELLNESS PLAN

This plan requires a commitment of 4 weeks. It includes 4 coaching sessions and ongoing support for the month.

It includes the following:

  • Health history and Initial intake on primary concerns (60 minutes).
  • Initial design of Individual Whole Wellness plan (60 minutes video call).
  • Two 30-minutes call check-in session.
  • Weekly email/chat support and progress.

 

At the end of this time, we will celebrate your progress and provide you with options for ongoing support.

MENTAL RESILIENCE AND LIFE COACHING

These sessions are for people who want to learn to better adapt to life challenges, bounce back from an adversity, and maintain wellbeing. We will use these sessions to:

  • Build mental and emotional strength.
  • Deepen your self-awareness and confidence.
  • Learn to develop emotional regulation, adaptability, and a positive mindset.
  • Clarify your purpose and direction.
  • Set meaningful goals.
  • Design an action plan to move forward.
  • Explore best suited tools and exercises to build strong mental resilience.

 

After each session you will be provided with a preliminary action plan on the topic addressed during the session. 

3 MONTHS - JOURNEY TO HEALTH WELLNESS PLAN

This plan requires a commitment of three months (approximate 12 weeks). It includes the health coaching consultations and ongoing support for those 12 weeks. At the end of each month of your Journey to Health plan we will celebrate your progress and provide options for continued support.
